By accessing or using the Motoverse platform ("Service"), including motoverse.me, portal.motoverse.me, and admin.motoverse.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Motoverse is an advertising platform that connects motorcycle parts stores with users searching for parts. Store owners pay to list their inventory and are charged on a credit-based system for user engagements. Users can search and discover stores for free.
3. Store Owner Accounts
Store owners must complete KYC verification and pay a one-time joining fee to activate their account. Credits purchased are non-refundable and do not expire. Credit costs per engagement are set by Motoverse and may be updated at any time.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to manipulate engagement metrics, creating fraudulent accounts, scraping data, or interfering with the platform's operation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the Motoverse platform are owned by Motoverse. Store owners retain ownership of their product listings and business information.
6. Limitation of Liability
Motoverse is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
