We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, phone number, business details) and information generated through your use of the platform (search queries, engagement interactions, IP addresses for billing purposes).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments and credit transactions, verify store owner identities (KYC), track engagements for billing, improve search results, and send transactional notifications (email and SMS).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Razorpay (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), MSG91 (SMS/OTP), and Google (authentication via OAuth). Store contact details are displayed to users as part of the Service.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Neon (database), Upstash (cache), and Cloudflare (images). All data is encrypted in transit. We retain engagement logs and transaction records indefinitely for billing accuracy.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the platform is used. IP addresses are used to track engagements and prevent duplicate billing within a 24-hour window.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Store owners may delete their account, which will deactivate their store listing. Remaining credits are non-refundable upon account deletion.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
